We Do Care - What Is Care?
"Caring means paying attention to and looking after someone or something. It's like when you take the time to make sure things are okay, show kindness, and help out. Whether it's people, animals, or things, caring involves being responsible and showing that you genuinely care about their well-being." Care can manifest in various forms, including emotional support, physical assistance, or diligent attention to details. It is a fundamental aspect of human relationships, encompassing both nurturing and protective elements.
We Do Care - Caring About the Mission
We Do Care Foundation's mission is to equip youth to have educational intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence to be successful. We accomplish this by exposing youth to as many different forms of technology as possible, providing strong mentorship to shape them into successful adults, and providing them technical skills needed to work in emerging job markets.

I am Tonya Smith, a native of Atlanta. Throughout my life, I have consistently demonstrated a compassionate nature. During my formative years, I actively advocated for my peers in the classroom, ensuring that no one felt isolated or rejected. As an adult, I recognize the significance of genuine caring in fostering meaningful connections.
My passion lies in both children's well-being and technology. Drawing inspiration from my late mentor, Deanna Whitfield, I have decided to integrate these two facets of my interests. In pursuit of this goal, I have enlisted the talents of Hirlan Paschal and Briana Jones, bringing together a team dedicated to making a positive impact.
We are privileged to have Hirlan Paschal as a valued member of our professional team. With extensive experience in project management and senior-level project leadership spanning numerous years, Hirlan has successfully overseen multiple projects, adeptly managing budgets to the satisfaction of several esteemed customers. His unparalleled dedication and passion for orchestrating cohesive plans set him apart, making a significant contribution to our team.

Serving as the backbone, Briana ensures our adherence to compliance standards and meets deadlines with precision. Her innovative approach to serving the community, coupled with adept orchestration of our strategic next steps, reflects her commitment to achieving our yearly goals.
